Overview
eGOV solutions include following modules that can be used independently:
Our approach
Each of the modules is independently developed and may be used on its own, without being dependent on other modules. In the broadest sense eGOV solutions provide a comprehensive set of functionalities in different domains, which provide information and execution of various services to citizens.Â
The content management system provides administrators in state authorities/institutions managing of content and information updating that are important to citizens, for example news, new services, benefits of electronic execution and communication with relevant authorities.
The module for the execution of services is intended to be used by citizens to submit various requests and address them to state authorities. In the background of the system is a service generator that allows administrators to create services that will be exposed to end users, i.e. citizens, private entities, etc. The service generator enables dynamic form design with specific fields that needs to be filled in by citizens or automatically populated from defined data sources. The mechanism enables communication between various services of state authorities in the backend processes and collection of user data, thereby centralizing data on citizens and forming a federation of identities at the state level.
Our result
The main benefits of eGOV solution are identity federation, possibility of distinction between users who are residents and non-residents in a certain territory, managing the content that is presented, creating different services, and connecting with other systems of government authorities. The eGOV solution is a central place for communication with state authorities and a service that is exposed to citizens.Â
Industries
Government tax revenues are threatened on a transaction level with the use of ESS (electronic sales suppression) tools which are extremely difficult to detect, much less prevent, without the assistance of Regulated Technology.Â
Revenue Assurance solutions must be applied across the board. It is quite misleading that cash-only industries such as retail, hospitality, home renovations, car repairs and similar are the only threat. We have seen evidence of big chain businesses, hotels, the gaming industry, services, wholesalers, e-commerce, telecom operators, and others using different methods to evade tax.
Yes, the Revenue Assurance solution, if chosen correctly, can be implemented to efficiently monitor telecom operators and airline carriers as well as vending machines and flea market sellers.
